Pet policy
Dogs and cats are welcome in our pet-friendly rooms in Manteo, for $35 per pet per night, up to two pets per room. Tell us about your pet when you book — pet-friendly rooms are limited.
We know your pet is family, and we are glad to host them. A few things make that work for everyone staying here.
Booking with a pet
Dogs and cats are welcome, based on room availability, with a maximum of two pets per room.
We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, so tell us about your pet when you book. If a pet arrives undeclared, we may have to turn the reservation away, and no refund is issued in that case.
The pet fee is $35 per pet, per night.
While you are here
- Pets must be on a leash at all times on the property.
- Pets may not be left unattended at any point during your stay and must be kept in a secure crate whenever they are inside the guest room.
- Please clean up after your pet. Waste bins are available on the property, and a $50 fine is charged for guests who do not.
- Barking and other disturbances need to be kept in check so other guests are not inconvenienced. Pets that create a persistent noise nuisance may be asked to leave, without a refund.
- Guests are responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by their pet. Pet-caused room damage or extraordinary cleaning is charged at the actual assessed cost. There is no fixed amount; it varies by property, room and the nature and extent of the damage or cleaning required.
There is a dog walk area on site.
